There's Hope Yet

This video is about 100 views less then I had expected for this time of the week but it is what it is.
With my second day off in a row feeling more refreshed today. Yesterday had no gusto for YouTube video making and hope to do it today.
It's funny how priorities shift. For me on the high end, if I'm feeling good, well rested, not stressed and not time constrained I enjoy production of my videos, letting the ideas go and trying to make those ideas come to life as best as possible on camera. But if I tire from work, it fades, if I get a illness or medical problem, like this recent toothache, the body really slows me down and I loose that zest.
While so often I think, I should and could make two a week, a Wednesday Saturday combo like Smosh does and that would keep the production rolling. But unlike them I have my minimum wage job to go to so all of my time is not free. Also once and if I was to double down on video production that means double the amount of production time and creative energy time, which honestly I would like to do.
A drawback to more production is percentage of viewership per subscriber base so now at 281 views and 1499 subscribers I have 18.7% of my subscribers seeing my videos, in theory anyways. If you were to double production, that means half the time that the video would be your headliner which is on auto view and helps create higher view counts and in theory anyway would cut that percentage of viewership in half to about 10%.
But overall if I was to be given a choice and opportunity to make two videos a week because I could afford not to work, I would do it.
I have confidence that in time even if the headlining numbers are not that high that my videos are good enough that when discovered they will be raised further. One proof of this is a recent rise in "How to Open a Can Without a Can Opener - James Dean Style" http://youtu.be/VDqvySw_hmo which has 7972 Views 96 Likes 46 Dislikes. This video had a quick start and then nothing for a long time. This past month it has started to rise again going up almost 500 in the last month as it was rediscovered.
500 is not 5 million but on the internet 5 million is a just a quick, click away at any time throughout the world.
There's hope yet.
