Becoming Much Pickier

I've continued to trouch around the malls and a variety of locations to make myself visible to as many people as possible. The visibility factor has some but waning success in raising my view counts. It use to be I would see sharp view count spikes arriving at malls but now a days I've become a regular and this surprise effect has be diminished.
The spring is slow to come and the past several days has been cold again here making both me and the entire population seem to furrow there brows. I have learned a lot though this winter. About me first and about relationship abilities second.
My job as a man is to make my interest known and only upon reciprocation shall the evolution of relationship pursuit continue. It overall has shown a strong uptick as I am now regularly pursuing. This is starting from zero months ago, somewhat it was because true it was winter and I understand the natural non interest in the colder months but also because of prior nervousness. I'm feeling much more confident now.
I quickly leaned this past week to only ask out people you actually want to go out with, because, when the agree, you are all of a sudden out with someone you asked out and you actually don't like them. But hey these are the learnings. 
My stance is, women are lucky if A) I ask them out and B) They Go Out With Me.
