In a large disappointment early this week I decided to remove my Coco Parody - I'm in Love with The YouTube video. Warner Music Group claimed copyright to the song not allowing me to monetize the video. Now Warner Music Group didn't even own the copyright to this song Universal Music Group did. I disputed it, lost the dispute and could have appealed the dispute and maybe should have but if I lost I would loose my good standing with YouTube which is most important. I removed the video last night. A shame, it was great but like all my videos if I cannot make money off my work, I don't want it up there in case the video goes viral, it was me doing it. Anyways this caused my overall view count to drop by about 2159 views, a pretty big hit. In Jake's Showcase lifetime I have removed about 10 videos maybe 12 and have learned to take it on the chin and just keep going.
This video is somewhat of a make up video for me taking down the last video. I want to get back what I lost as soon as possible and as I've noted several times it's video uploads which create the largest influxes of video views channel wide. Expect one more this week.
Jake takes it on the chin and keeps getting up. This has been the story of my life. On the chin, back up, on the chin back up. I'm been like life's punching bag. But someday this champion will have his deserved belt.
