Thanksgiving Saturday Post

I work today Saturday and Sunday and have Thanksgiving Monday off with the rest of the retail crew. This is Canadian Thanksgiving, due to Canada's weather Thanksgiving the end of the harvesting season occurs about 6 weeks earlier then the USA.
Similarly foods and family events are on the menu and people quite enjoy this holiday as pretty much everyone has it off. Now, in the job I most recently did, they will be open, so the true blue grinders don't have it off but currently a cashier in retail the store will be closed.
Having a big family it's quite an event. I'm the oldest of seven children with two husbands two nieces and two nephews and three additional random guests thanksgiving dinner is large, noisy, eventful and fun.
Guess who gets to do the dishes? Me. Due to the fact that my cooking contributions are none for several years I usually am the designated dish and coffee man. This takes hours and nobody wants to wash over a hundred dishes and pots but it a thing I can do and somewhat take pride in my gritty post at the dish pit.

Seeing successes here and there with my women interactions I've even thought about asking a lady to join us. Now I've never had a girlfriend come to thanksgiving but I'm not opposed to it. I feel like somehow I've turned a corner and I'd like a female to see this area of my life. My family.
Typically you only introduce a lady to your family when your seriously involved, however that doesn't necessarily have to hold. I think its a major asset of mine, my large fun friendly tight family and now that I feel a  lot more comfortable with women it would be nice to show a lady my family and my family a lady.
It's all about progress. And by the way Jake's Showcase is over 495,000 views today. Half a Million is within sight. Thankful? But of course.
