Master Of The Now

Today is a big day, a sale day, so attempting to power up and energy up for high intensity.  But on the flip side I have the next three days off I realize once I get through it I'll be able to chill down.
Of course recently my days off have not totally been days off as they have scheduled around a wide variety of health care tests, therapies and appointments.
Still I got up a bit extra early today to really be ready and focus on the today, the now, to be ready.
I think one thing about addiction and overcoming it is that when it's all said and done you have to become a master of the now. What is going on now, focus on the now and worry about the other things later.
I take it to YouTube too. I look at this video, this weeks video as the one to focus on and also when I create, just create the next video.
It's all about the next view. It's all about the next video. All of these phrases and sayings basically focus on the now and focus on the next. The future will come as it will but the best way to be in the best position for the future is to be in the best position for now. See, that's how I look at life.
When all the boogie men or women of the future come to you by focusing on the now you align yourself best.
"I Can Help The Next Customer Please". That's what it's all about.
