Dating Success's Continue

It's Thanksgiving Morning but we had our dinner last night. With the day off it's damp and dreary unlike the past two days of great weather while I worked.
You swing and miss, before you hit. What happens is that when you make an effort towards a lady sometimes, to even often, you get a no or decline. But sometimes you get a yes. It's really quite interesting the dynamic.
You see the impetus is on the guy to ask out the girl. All the risk is on me to be rejected. It really makes no sense. You'd think women who are interested in you would ask you out as well but that's just not how it works.
If you don't ask out, you get nothing. If you do, you run the risk of getting a no or decline which hurts your feelings. Kinda stinks.
Recently I have run into a set of very strong set of successes. Going from no dates in two years to 7 dates in the past three weeks. It's a significant increase.
And I think there's much more to go. It seems somehow that my success's are leading to more successes. Women making themselves more available to me all the time.
At a minimum that helps. Sure, I can take all the risks, don't like it, but I can. But at a minimum I have to have the opportunity to take those risks, reasonable private access.
Let the pleasantry's continue and I sure look forward to my next date outing, unplanned the way I like it, meaning it could be as soon as today. So dating success is what I'm thankful for this year.
